Fentress Architects

Fentress embraces the notion that every project grows from its own culture, place, and people. This simple canon guides our designers in creating specific and extraordinary solutions to the building challenges of today. The Fentress Design Team’s goal for each project is to collaborate with our client to create an innovative and sustainable facility that is ambitious in design, but universal in use. Our designs celebrate location, purpose, and humanity.

Denver International Airport Passenger Terminal - As a result of “out-of-the-box” thinking, Fentress’ design for Denver International Airport’s (DEN’s) Jeppesen Terminal turns the building upside down. The design team placed heating, cooling, ventilation, and energy systems below grade, allowing for a non-load-bearing roof. The parking structures at Denver International Airport consist of two structures, 12,000 spaces, and 4.2 million square feet.
